Dr. Approved Massage Chairs Relaxology™ Products Standard Warranty
1） LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON MASSAGE CHAIRS:
Dr. Approved Massage Chairs shall provide the services stated on this Warranty Card upon proper completion and submission of this Warranty Card Form within 30 days of the Chair Actual Purchase. Please fill out and mail the Warranty Card Form at the address below or register your equipment purchase at www.drapprovedmassagechairs.com.
In the event of a Claim, we will be requiring a copy of the Original Proof of Purchase, therefore keep this Limited Warranty and the Proof of Purchase in a safe and accessible place.
3-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty - Coverage:
On the First (1st) Year, we will repair/replace at our sole discretion any defective parts In-Home at no cost to the customer.
On the Second (2nd) & Third (3rd) Year, we will replace at our sole discretion any defective parts at no cost to the customer.
Any replaced parts shall be covered for the remainder of the original parts warranty.
In the event that a specific part is no longer available to fix the chair, Dr. Approved Massage Chairs may opt to replace the product with the same model or similar model with equivalent price. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. If you choose not to accept the Replacement for your product, Dr. Approved Massage Chairs is no longer responsible for making repairs during the warranty coverage when parts for your existing unit is not available.
Field Service is only available in the lower 48 contiguous United States. Field Service requires Pre-Approval and must be performed a Dr. Approved Massage Chairs authorized Field Service Personnel to maintain Warranty Coverage. If you are outside the 'In-Home Service Area, Warranty coverage will be Parts only.
2) LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON ALL OTHER PRODUCTS (excluding Massage Chairs):
All other Relaxology™ handheld massage and health products from Dr. Approved Massage Chairs (excluding massage chairs) carry a 30-Day Limited Warranty.
30-Day Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions:
In case of any defect on products received, please call Dr. Approved Massage Chairs at 626-741-5202. Dr. Approved Massage Chairs warranties all other Relaxology™ products for the period of 30 days based on normal use and service from the original purchase date. Please make sure you fill out the Warranty Card or register your purchase online at: www.drapprovedmassagechairs.com for activation of warranty. Relaxology™ Product Warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, incorrect power supply, repaired or altered by unauthorized technician, improper installation, storage, handling or maintenance and wrong usage by not following the instructions from the User Manual.
Within 30 days, your Relaxology™ product will be repaired or replaced, depending on the availability of parts. Please keep your Warranty Card and Proof of Purchase as these will be required. Defective Products either for replacement or repair must be shipped to the address below:

Within 30 days, shipping cost of defective products for replacement or repair will be the sole responsibility of Dr. Approved Massage Chairs. After 30 Days shipping costs inbound and outbound will be the sole responsibility of the Consumer. This warranty is applicable to all 48 contiguous United States.
Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from improper installations, unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications from original condition, improper use of the electrical/power supply, electrical disturbances and power surges, dropped product, malfunction or damage resulting from improper use or unreasonable user or maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, transportation damage, theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosioon, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the products is at the repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair, and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not construe a defect under this warranty. Softening/hardening of forms and filing composites in pillows and pads does not construe a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use. Fading, wear, peeling of fabrics, natural marking, grain/dye variation in leather and other cosmetic wear and tear do not constitute a defect under this warranty as no two pieces of leather are alike. Failures of attach points, such as but not limited to stitching, velcro and zippers do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
EXCULPATION AND INDEMNIFICATION
Our maximum liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing defective Equipment. We shall not be liable to you for incidental and consequential damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or caused by third parties, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. We have provided this Limited Warranty pursuant to an agreement between the Distributor and us. Under no circumstances shall you or anyone else ever be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of the agreement. We shall not be liable for, and you hereby indemnify and hold us and every authorized service provider harmless from, damage, claim, or cause of action, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, occurring to you, or to the employees or agents of you, or to any other third party, or to the property of any of the foregoing, which may arise as a result of any defect covered by this Limited Warranty or as a result of any service performed under this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Califonia.

You must operate the Equipment in an environment meeting the requirements delineated in the Equipment's Owner's Manual and other provided instructions.
You must always use a high quality surge protector device
You must promptly report to us any diagnostic messages.
You must not allow any work on the Equipment other than our Authorized Technicians.
You must have an adult representative present whenever we are providing support services.
You must perform telephone or email diagnostic procedures as requested by Dr. Approved Massage Chairs.
You must safeguard and return with no cost to you all replacement parts shipped to you. You assume financial responsibility for all parts and accessories shipped to you until the item or part is finally received by yourself.
