  • » Customers are advised NOT to accept any delivery if the packaging of your merchandise is or appears to be damaged to prevent any potential problems or returns. In the meanwhile please call our Customer Service (626) 684-8151 as this will affect how we will issue you fund including shipping charges.
  • » All merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of shipment for refund. Please call our Customer Service Hotline to obtain an RMA number
  • » Merchandise must be in like-new and resalable condition and your return shipment must have all papers, accessories, manuals, original packaging, etc.
  • » Customers are responsible for any shipping charges from and to our warehouse.
  • » A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise with no exceptions.
  • » All return shipments will be examined and inspected in our warehouse. Refunds will then be issued minus the shipping costs from and to our warehouse.
  • » After the inspection, if the merchandise is determined not to be in like-new and resalable condition, no refund will be issued and the merchandise will be returned to you at your expense.
